Disconnect the integration
The QuickBooks Online company administrator can revoke the integration's future access from the company's connected-app settings. Revocation should be performed directly inside QuickBooks Online so Intuit can invalidate the connection.
After disconnection
- The integration should no longer retrieve new QuickBooks data.
- Any locally stored OAuth token should be removed from the owner's secure token store.
- Previously exported owner reports may remain until the owner deletes them or their retention period ends.
This page does not collect Intuit credentials and does not perform a disconnection by itself.
