End-User License Agreement
1. Agreement and permitted user
This End-User License Agreement governs Jarvis Ledger Reader, a private internal integration prepared for Maxwell Company LLC. The integration may be used only by the company owner and users the owner expressly authorizes.
2. Limited license
Subject to this agreement, Maxwell Company LLC grants authorized users a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the integration for internal business analysis and bookkeeping review. No right is granted to resell, sublicense, publicly distribute or provide the integration as a service to third parties.
3. Authorized accounting access
Users may connect only QuickBooks Online companies they are legally authorized to access. Users must protect their Intuit credentials and must not place passwords, multifactor codes, client secrets or OAuth tokens in public pages, source control or ordinary documents.
4. Initial operating limits
The initial configuration is designed for read, search, reporting and analysis. Create, update and delete tools are disabled. The integration is not authorized to initiate payments, transfer money, file taxes, reconcile accounts, submit payroll, or make accounting changes without a separately approved change in operating scope.
5. No professional advice
Outputs are for internal informational purposes and may contain errors or incomplete information. They are not legal, tax, audit, investment or accounting advice. The owner remains responsible for reviewing source records and consulting qualified professionals when appropriate.
6. Availability and warranties
The integration is provided for private internal use on an as-available basis. To the extent allowed by law, no warranty is made that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.
7. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated at any time to protect data, comply with law or platform requirements, or enforce this agreement. A user may stop using the integration and revoke the QuickBooks connection at any time.
8. Privacy
Use of accounting information is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Governing terms
This agreement is also subject to applicable law, applicable Intuit terms, and the terms governing the connected QuickBooks Online company.
